The average temperature in Asheville for October 21st-23rd has been 66 degrees during the daytime and 44 degrees at night.  Please dress warmly.  The retreat attire is casual, so feel free to bring that flannel shirt or warm sweater with you to curl up by the fireplace.

There will be a moderate amount of walking and some stairs to and from the dinning area and classrooms.  Dress shoes are discouraged.
